Beautiful hotel quite close to the city centre making this an oasis in a busy area. Not much to dislike.

The hotel was in a lovely setting and about a 29 minute walk into the centre of Jerez. The room had a balcony and a rack to dry off washing. The swimming pool was a good size and a welcome place to chill out after a busy, hot day sight seeing. The price was good value, especially as a very good breakfast was included.
The restaurant had a limited choice on the menu and the service was poor on our second night. One of the waiters was rather lacking in customer care.
It was extremely clean and comfortable breakfast was excellent and the staff polite/ efficient and friendly only a pleasant short 15 min walk to the old town I would definately recommend as the car park was a massive bonus

Lovely Hotel great location pool area very well kept and maintained. Comfortable bed, great room with balcony, lovely restaurant, bar and terrace areas. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Cristina who looked after us on a night time with our glasses of Vermut.
Hairdryer not great, no tea & coffee also toiletries could be better.

the pool was great big enough to do lengths and deep enough to cool off. When got to the pool there was enough beds and we were given towels. The was a nice vibe around the pool with people chatting and enjoying the sun.
the only fault i have was with the coffee at breakfast not the best from a machine would of liked the option to have a proper coffee.

Liked location and the room was very comfortable
Stayed here previously and really enjoyed. This time we stayed for 3 nights and each morning we were woken up by the cleaner barging into the room without knocking even though we requested no cleaning with the sign on the door. Also previously parking was free and this time it cost 9 per day which isn’t too bad but before it was better The room floor was full of dust and dirt when we arrived too
