Great hotel with lovely rooms all very clean, pool area is great with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is excellent. All the staff are very helpful. We have been twice now and will be back.

From checking in to checking out we experienced great service from all the staff at the hotel. Friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms were clean...though dust gathered under bed. Not a problem for us but possibly for those with allergies.
Would have preferred a room with a bed in opposite orientation so I could look out onto the pool rather than the opposite building. Of the 10 breakfasts we had only 1 day where the bacon was to my taste. Different cut to usual on that day...much nicer. Music at times more suited to 18-30 Ibiza goers and also at times too loud.

Beautiful gardens with mature trees and cacti, lovely pool. Restaurant and bar were nicely laid out. Good selection at breakfast and dinner buffets. We mentioned to reception on the phone on second evening that our bathroom extractor fan wasn't working but nothing was done to fix it, so the bathroom was very steamy after showers and you couldn't use the mirror. The lighting in the bathroom was also very harsh.Read more
Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, pool and hotel is immaculate and rooms are cleaned every day. Hotel is in a perfect location, only 13euros from the airport in a taxi and 5euros down to main part of town.

Asked for early breakfast on check in was given a note for 7.30 am buffet breakfast when we went to restaurant told not possible by staff member early flight breakfast not served till 8
slightly outside of Puerto Del Carmen perfect location, matagorda just up the road, peurto Calero a short taxi ride, just lovely Breakfast was lovely after you get used to the location of everything. pleased witht the hotel and location and the destination. Sun loungers can be in short supply ( first world problems)
confusion surrounds who is on all inclusive and who isnt.
I liked the hotel style, food, staff, entertainment. Thomas does a great job in the restaurant, food and service is excellent. The staff from cleaners to reception are fantastic. It is great to see towels taken off any beds reserved before 9.00am. Well done for this. Unfortunately you get the after 9.00am guests that come down reserve their beds, go for breakfast and the shops and then come back. It would be very hard for the staff in this regard. If there was maybe a recheck if reserved beds at 11.00am aswell as 9.00am. That may sort it a little.Read more
