Pros (+) Buffets, both breakfast and dinner, are outstanding. The room was very spacious, very comfortable, with a fantastic view terrace for sunning, hanging out or whatever.
Cons (-) The bathrooms could have used a few wall hooks, for hanging wet towels, clothing.

Pros (+) We had a 6th floor Suite with sea view. Clean, spacious room. Excellent staff. Very attentive with a focus on making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The gardens and pool areas were immaculate. Food and drink prices within hotel comparable with cafes and bars in area.

Pros (+) The Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma made a great first impression with a huge lobby and very fancy looking decore. Our room was really spacious and really nicely finished. Our two week stay was really comfortable and relaxing, we got a good deal on a room upgrade when we arrived. The inclusive meals were great.
Cons (-) Sometimes the dining rooms were busy. The lifts occasionally were a little busy and took a while to get us to our floor.
