Pros (+) Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and generous portions. Same for dinner although it was quite expensive. We got a room upgrade for no extra cost.
Cons (-) The service charges were steep. A £6 bowl of chips came with a service charge of £4.48!

Pros (+) The welcome on arrival was very professional and the room was just as expected. It was well appointed and very comfortable. I had to leave early and was not able to sample the breakfast but booking out was just easy. A thoroughly pleasant stay and well recommended.
