Professionalism and inclusivity of the staff complement . Particular mention should be made of Sara/Guest Relations Manager and Kenneth/ Executive Lounge. Both were excellent members of the Hilton team!!!
The lack of an à la carte menu in the early evening .
Amazing view, good cuisine (breakfest and dinner - bufet), spacious room, large and good equiped gym, pool's are perfect,
After checkout we can use only pools, we expected, can use spa & gym. Sometimes little slow service. All day we still looking for free sunbed - all are occupied by towels. Missing information, hotel is dog friendly - good for dog owners, but big trouble for families with children.

Dislocation, the room
Two reasons we chose the hotel were spa and special restaurant. The spa complex was closed The mishlen restaurant was closed We didn't have any announcement about this in advance, nor in booking.com, neither on the hotel site.
Breakfast was up to expetations. My husband and I appresiate having a glass of sparkling wine at breakfast.
Perhaps the furniture in dinnig room - chairs made a little to much noise whene beeing moved.
The wellness area is very good. The gym is outstanding.
As there is no towel policy, we could not find a place by the poolside although only about 30% of the beds was occupied. As there is no a la carte in the 5th floor restaurant, we could not dine there for I had a distaste for lamb, salmon….
The location is excellent, swimming pools, gym and spa, it is commendable that the wellness is open until 10 am and the gym 24 hours
The breakfast could have been better, with more choices and in a hotel of this category it shouldn't happen that the wellness area charges for tea and only offers apples as fruit...
Excellent food, beautifully furnished rooms, and the whole complex is simply stunning. The saunas are top-notch – spacious and beyond expectations. The massage was also outstanding. If it weren’t for the negative experience upon arrival, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. But unfortunately… it left a mark.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was a bit strange. There were lots of people wandering around the lobby and sitting on the terrace, which already felt unusual. We’ve never experienced a check-in process like this before. Check-in starts strictly at 3 PM – not a minute earlier – which seems very late for a five-star hotel. The hotel is great – the fitness center and saunas are excellent, the rooms are clean, and the location is top-notch. However, the dinner selection could be more varied, and the breakfast lacks any light options (dairy- or protein-based). In a hotel of this level, that would be expected. The staff doesn’t answer phone calls and responds to emails very slowly.
