Breakfast was good quality, plentiful and great selection.
First morning breakfast and very pleasant and enjoyable. On the 2nd morning, I was trying to have a breakfast briefing and a unfortunately a musician started up playing and singing in the breakfast area. This was too loud, I found it very intrusive and unnecessary, and frustrating. Other than this everything else was excellent.

Stay was excellent, but don't understand why there is an additional charge for use of the swimming pool

The bed was VERY hard. Not accustomed to such a bed.
The behavior of two staff members, Mr. Ferrera and Ms. Campos, was truly unacceptable. Although there was availability shown on Booking.com, Mr. Ferrera at the front desk insisted that there were no rooms available. Breakfast ans spa were nice. The room was quite big
it was cold in to the room.
Professional and friendly staff. Wonderful European breakfast. Bug room. Beautiful shower for two. Linens were nice balcony was lovely and clean.
Carpet in green looks a little dated in room but I’m great shape.
The bathroom was huge and very luxurious, came with toiletries. Bed comfortable. Spa very nice although you need to pay! Watch out for that when booking. Arrived to a bottle of prosecco and a cake in my room for my birthday which was a lovely.
I called ahead before booking through booking.com to ensure usage of the spa would be included in my booking and was told yes. When I arrived, I was then told NO its not. Not very good customer service I should have been advised properly on the phone that if you book directly with the hotel you will receive breakfast and spa access as that would have been a no brainer but as I was told i would hav...Read more
Room was upgraded. Clean. Great location.
The Spa is no longer included in the price and was fully booked out. They also charged me twice for the room and I had to call to ask for a refund once I’d realized and explain what’s happened.
