Pros (+) Excellent breakfast (thank you Susie for the omelets!), Excellent concierge service (thank you Flo for the advices !). Excellent valet service (thank you Lex for changing our flat tire !). One block away from Broadway, one block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame, perfect location.
Cons (-) In spite of the double glazed windows, we could still hear the noise from Broadway late at night

Pros (+) Location, amenities and cleanliness were fantastic. Breakfast was a great selection and the Italian restaurant on-site amazing. As a female solo traveller always felt safe and having the hotel so close helped with this.
Cons (-) Night time noise, but it was the memorial weekend holiday so extra busy. Putting earplugs in solved the problem and it was worth it for location. Lighting in room could be a bit brighter.

Cons (-) Open design that exposed many rooms to interior lobby and the noise of drunken people. This impacted our sleep. Also, surprised to not find USB power in the room.

Cons (-) For the price the 6 person suite was very small you could not walk around with the couch pulled out. Very small fridge. We booked for 6 people but only had 3 towels and washcloths upon arrival. We had to ask for toilet paper and body wash as they had not been refilled. The room was very clean. Pros (+) 3 minute walk to the Ryman to see Paul Simon in concert. ? We had a pizza and chicken wings for dinner at the bar in the hotel. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. Highly recommended. Everything was first class!!!
Cons (-) $60 plus dollars to valet a car overnight was expensive ? with tip and tax, the amount was $75. Ouch
