Pros (+) We’ve stayed there before and this was probably the worst room we’ve ever been given. The dresser drawers didn’t stay closed. The door of the dresser where the refrigerator was located was hanging off the hinge. The shower never completely converted. Half water was coming from the bath spout. The shower curtain was too short. It was a bit disappointing for a Hilton property.

Cons (-) Yes, I did not like the way 2-to or 3 of your front desk clerks were not welcoming, communicated two or three of your front desk clerks were unwelcoming, communicated poorly with me, and were not helpful as a guest at all.
