Great facilities, remodeled rooms, lovely and swimmable beach
Attention and friendliness of the staff is mixed. Does sometimes feel that if you are not approaching them for a paid activity, they are uninterested in helping you. Also, not a single water cooler to be found in the entire hotel.
The general facilities, pools, restaurants, gym, and common areas were exceptionally clean and up to date. The staff was absolutely wonderful and attentive but not overwhelming.
The only small thing I could possibly say is the actual rooms need to be updated and more bottled water readily available.
Truly the best breakfast I've ever had! This was our 3rd time staying at this resort and it never disappoints! The staff is eager to please. The rooms are spacious enough for a family. The location and beach are a 10! The pools and views are remarkable. A tremendous value! Planning our next trip back!

The Hilton was far, limited with the amount of food selections, one night a waiter didn’t like that we had a group of eleven and said it would be the last time he would accommodate our group.

Breakfast was a good varied offering and service. The one and only real restaurant Vala was great.
- The bar at the end of the property was a restaurant for certain days and the food was not very good.
