Pros (+) Everything was great! The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were well-equipped and clean. A special shoutout to Nazira - she made our stay truly comfortable.

Pros (+) The hotel is just ok, with a lot of floss unfortunatelly. The hotel is very far away from the City center. Good to kmow it is a complex far away from the City. We didn't like it.
Cons (-) As we make the check in at our room, the trash can from the bathroom was full of organic material from previus guests!!! This is unacceptable for a Hilton. I called the manager, they cleaned and thats all. This was too bad. Another thing: they never have change money when we needed to pay small things, like water or Juice (we are not suposed to use card for this small things).

Cons (-) AC is not properly working. Good thing its winter that why we just got a cold air when we open the window. Water heater in shower is not working too! Breakfast is too expensive but options are less. We are not satisfied.

Pros (+) Everything except the location. Super helpful staff. Thank you Nazira, for guiding us about the local attractions. The hotel is super clean, super comfortable and modern. Eternal city, right next to the hotel, is a good lively place to be at. The bed linen was exceptional.
Cons (-) There were so many health facilities available at the hotel which we learnt about on our last day. The staff at the reception should have informed us about all these offers and facilities. The location is VERY far from the main city but Yandex is easily available.
