Pros (+) What a wonderful experience - from the great room to the amazing staff! Also, cleaning was spot on: we did a bit of a mess on day 1 (sorry Hilton <3) but when we came back the room was as new as one could expect - kudos to the cleaning staff, really!

Pros (+) We stayed for 4 nights and everything was fine except for 2 things. There are 2 elevators and one of them was not working and was not repaired for 4 days. If you are going to use the car park, you need to go to the lobby and get an exit card every time you want to exit. You need a card that can be used multiple times, I don't understand how this is so difficult.
