Pros (+) It is a very comfortable room with all the facilities you mainly used during your stay. The television had international channels that you could choose what to watch according to your like. The service response was fast and the receptionists tried to find even any unusual information we asked for, such as how we could buy an actual bottle which the hotel provided us in our room. Cons (-) The location was good if you wanted to stay in the suburban area with less crowded and traffic jams. However, once you wanted to go to the city centre, it took at least one hour by taxi, even though the taxi used the highway. There was no other transportation available in the area, which sometimes could be a problem if you wanted to explore Jakarta city.

This is my top choice of hotel whenever I m in west Jakarta Everything is within reach,there is even a shopping centre right next to it Can't complain about the service They are always so attentive to my needs They even have a WhatsApp for you to msg them if you need anything What else can I ask for
