Pros (+) Breakfast was good, location excellent. Resort overall was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The communication from staff was unprecedented as the staff contacted us frequently by text just to check how we were going and if they could be of assistance.
Cons (-) The beds were on the harder side and the pillows were terrible. We were unable to stream to the tv.

Pros (+) It is directly at the entrance of the Busselton Jetty. So, it is very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the basic gym that was available as well as the friendly staff.
Cons (-) The car park lots were very limited. During my stay (during summer), there was an evacuation of a nearby town that caused the hotel to reach its maximum capacity. As such, I couldn't park in the hotel lots as there were limited lots. I felt that the buffet breakfast was ok, although I did expect more cooked dishes to be served, as the spread was somewhat limited. It wasn't a bad breakfast, but it ...
