Good quality of the hotel facilities, perfect location, parking
I had to fight for a free stay in a hotel for a child under the age of 18, which was clearly stated in the booking.
It was very good and not noisy at all clean room always good stuff

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city. Large, very clean rooms and pleasant and helpful staff. Easy walk to everywhere in the city centre. I would absolutely stay here again (just in a non smoking room).
We were originally given a smoking room which smelt very bad. I am a smoker but do not smoke inside and I found it very hard to breathe in the room. Staff originally only offered to bring an air purifier up to the room until I insisted that we be changed to a non smoking room.
The Rooms were spacious and clean . Views of the old city from the windows .
If you come on car , the only entrance to hotel was from the car park . No Valet parking . Very central location so beware of rush hours if travelling by car

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Balıkesir for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to get ready as a guest. The rooms were spotless, with excellent air conditioning to keep us cool in the summer heat. The staff was incredibly polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Balikesir, Turkey. It was spotless and looked even better than the photos. Our spacious room had a great view of the clock tower, and the location was perfect—everything was within walking distance in this lively city. The added convenience of parking was a bonus. Highly recommend! The Breakfast was also good
The hotel itself was quite nice, but I was confused by the fence which covers the building and the windows. I'm not sure if it's for architectural purposes or safety reasons, but it gave the room a slightly claustrophobic feel. That said, it wasn't a major issue, just something that stood out to me. Perhaps there's a reason for it that I'm not aware of."
