The location is great and the facilities are superb. We didn't have time to do as much as we could have here, but the beach, it's chairs, social areas, the catering was all great. We also enjoyed the options in in the main, self-service buffet. The room was wonderful: views, clean and spacious.
I expect an all-inclusive to include all the restaurants. All the restaurants, with the exception of the self-service buffet, required an additional payment. As we were only here for two days, we stayed with the buffet. This would have been very annoying if our stay was any longer. the staff- food - all amenities are extremely well organized
It was a friendly, lovely place and the staff were very helpful.
We had an early morning flight the next day and with a 4:00 pm check in we missed using any facilities. We did dine at the buffet, but I got food poisoning.

Pretty much every thing: the service, the food, the location, the rooms, quality of facilities and equipments.
There is honestly absolutely nothing we did not like about the property.

Excellent food and facilities. Guest service staff through room phone 2222 were all excellent, very attentive and prompt, also very friendly. All staff in general were professional and friendly. Spa facilities and their staff deserve special praise. Also, special thanks are due to "Kumsal lezzetleri" staff for their excellent service and delicious food
Only two things. Beach is a bit disappointing, also parasols are not good enough and they are small, a bit larger than a big Mexican hat, not providing enough shade. Another disappointment was about a small minority of staff, we observed few times they provided preferential treatment for some customers for a tip, for example in Vento restaurant. Direct sea access, excellent food and breakfast - kitchen unchangeable fabulous!
If you expect to get what you book, it could be surprised that instead sea view room you will be voluntary downgraded to Lake House with swamp view (presented from the staff as upgrade!!) with no view and different quality (like cheap apartment).
