Not my first time staying in this property. One good thing about Hilton is they have all sorts of communication channels with the guests through whatsapp, through email, through 3rd party vendor like Booking.com. On the whole, they have done well.
Can always improve on their internal communication mechanisms.
The food was excellent! Good hospitality, and the manager Mr Cecep was very kind enough to provide us with places we should go in Bandung. Will definately go there again!

The staff is very very helpful. The breakfast outside was the best ever.
The pool was not fully available due to swimming lessons (not too bad), but the restaurant was completely unavailable to us because it was hired by an external group. The traffic in Bandung is terrible. Walking outside the hotel is almost impossible.

Beds are comfy. Roomy for 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice swimming pool.
Had to wait for too long to check in. Got there around the check in time 3pm, was told the room wasn’t ready. Key handed to us 1.5 hr later. Very disappointed.

The breakfast was awesome and the location was great looking over the pool. Genta made our stay perfect if it was for him our holiday would have been different. Nice but different. He a friendly pleasent kind person which stands out in our minds. 100% ++++ to him.
Can't answer that 1 as there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Nothing actually, though I wish there would be free shuttle bus to bring hotel guests to Rumah Mode, Heritage along Jl Riau, or to Chinatown (though it is near), and to the Bintang Indah Plaza etc.
