Clean, quiet, comfortable. We appreciated being able to park our car& trailer in front of our room. We loved being able to pop over the road and buy delicious Chinese takeaway from the bowling club. The Dunera museum was a 5 minute walk and was very interesting. Enjoyed our one night stay in Hay.
The bed was a little firm but okay.
It was close to the club, so that was easy to get a meal. Friendly and helpful staff
The room was large, very clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff very friendly and engaging.
Nothing as the property is great. But for information don’t order western food at the bowling club over the road. Chinese food is said to be great but we had what was supposed to be a chicken schnitzel (that wasn’t). For western food go to the South Hay Hotel. Excellent food.

Everything was so clean and tidy, you can see that the owners take a lot of pride in their property. We couldn't check in until after 9pm due to a long distance drive, instead of picking up a key from a lock box as normal after hours, the Manager, waited up and made sure we got in ok and to meet and great us and pass over the key. Exceptional service.
