Location and great service at the hotel
No shower gel
As soon as you walk in to the HERMES it feels right, it’s beautifully decorated and very trendy with fabulous sea views, the staff are exceptional, the breakfast is just perfect and can’t wait to go back . The short walk into town makes it just the ideal location ..oh , and the sunset views are incredible!
Nothing to dislike about the HERMES !
Probably the cleanest Hotel I've ever been to. Also staff super friendly and helpful. Really almost nothing to complain about which is rare.
A little bit of a walk to the restaurants not a big deal going downhill but up is kind of a problem.
Very friendly staff. Great views over Mykonos town. Excellent breakfast. Pool side bar until 5pm. Fabulous panoramic views of old town and harbour from lounge area. Good parking
Some road noise during day made balcony less relaxing. Quiet at night. Walking down side road to town challenging at night
Everything was perfect! My flight landed really late into Mykonos and I was so so grateful for the team waiting for me at the airport and checking me in. The actual hotel is beautiful. So clean, well kept, lovely cosy rooms, amazing shower and the balcony views are just stunning. I even loved the breakfast and staff were incredibly helpful. Not forgetting it’s a 10-15 mins walk into town!
This hotel is off the scale on excellence and customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend to family, friends, and colleagues.

They offer complementary transportation services from/to the airport or Port! Breakfast was fab!
Beautiful view. Nice and clean. Friendly staff.
Hotel is noisy. People walking through the main stairwell echoes into the rooms. If your neighbours come home late (and they do) they will wake you. The hotel is flanked on three sides by a busy road.
We stayed in Hermes Mykonos hotel for a week and we are satisfied 100% with everything. The views from our room were amazing, on the sea and the island. The staff is very pleasant, professional and is always ready to help. The hotel provides airport transfer for free.
