The staff are very warm and welcoming and work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. We had the best room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. The breakfast is amazing with so much choice and the dining area is lovely by the pool I have stayed in many hotels in Santorini and this was one of my favourite...would stay here again.
Some of the areas of the hotel need updating. Our bathroom definitely needs an update. The bath had no bath plug and the shower was very old.
Nice spacious rooms, nice bathrooms. The grounds and Pool areas are beautiful. Walking distance to Black sand beach, close to market, bars restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast Buffet excellent, was included in our room price. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is 5 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes bus stop, walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Fira just 10 minutes.away.by bus and 30 minutes to Oia. The housekeeping regularly change the towel and clean the bedroom. Breakfast was wonderful staffs are helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and garden. Breakfast was good. Hot selection could have been better.
There was no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Also jacuzzi was cold, probably to cold for this time of year.
I like the environment, I felt like I was at home. The breakfast was great, and my daughter loved the pools. I love that we were close to the beach, restaurant and shops was also happy that the hotel could recommend taxi for us as well. I feel very happy.
The only problem I had was that the Internet was very poorly in the room where I was..
