Lovely stay here, would recommend. Close to airport, bus stop, beach and local restaurants.
The staff are very warm and welcoming and work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. We had the best room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. The breakfast is amazing with so much choice and the dining area is lovely by the pool I have stayed in many hotels in Santorini and this was one of my favourite...would stay here again.
Some of the areas of the hotel need updating. Our bathroom definitely needs an update. The bath had no bath plug and the shower was very old.
Nice spacious rooms, nice bathrooms. The grounds and Pool areas are beautiful. Walking distance to Black sand beach, close to market, bars restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast Buffet excellent, was included in our room price. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is 5 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes bus stop, walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Fira just 10 minutes.away.by bus and 30 minutes to Oia. The housekeeping regularly change the towel and clean the bedroom. Breakfast was wonderful staffs are helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and garden. Breakfast was good. Hot selection could have been better.
There was no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Also jacuzzi was cold, probably to cold for this time of year.
I like the environment, I felt like I was at home. The breakfast was great, and my daughter loved the pools. I love that we were close to the beach, restaurant and shops was also happy that the hotel could recommend taxi for us as well. I feel very happy.

We had a perfect stay at Hermes. The hotel has a modern boho feel about it. The staff have all been super friendly and polite. The room was spacious and well equipped. - Room was big and clean, with the ability to use jetted tube, and a separate balcony was really nice. - Pool was clean and big enough for comfort swimming. - There was no kids, so it was kinda quite and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and had enough variety of food. - AC was good enough to have enough comfort in the sunny day. - Every stuff was friendly and smily.

It was within two walks of the beach, with the supermarket one block away. Lots of restaurants along the promenade at the beach. Staff was friendly excellent breakfast.
