This was an excellent hotel with a superb staff that were very friendly and exceedingly helpful.we arrived at 0730 on the ferry from Ancona and they graciously checked us in. I was very impressed. Otherwise, the room was clean and the location perfect. The breakfast was also excellent. We continued on to Mostar for 4 nights and they allowed us to deposit one of our bags. Extremely comfortable stay in the centre of Split. Drago kindly upgraded us on arrival. The rooms were of a high standard, and beds were comfortable. Location is perfect and accessible to key restaurants, Diocletians palace and other attractions. The staff were very friendly, can't speak highly enough of the hotel and would stay again.

The location couldn't be better!! Absolutely brilliant right on the main square. The building was immaculate throughout, great quality and our room was lovely and excellent quality linen and toiletries.
We were sadly in a room opposite a door that says 'Service' we thought nothing of it until we could set our watches got 6.45am (we are early risers but would have liked a choice of a lie in!!) and the loud chatter, whistling and pulling, clanking of items began. Roof Terrace was also closed which was a real shame. It has a slightly disjointed feel between hotel and the bar/restaurant.

The location is fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.The hotel is spotless.The breakfast is amazing.The beds and pillows makes you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud.The bathroom and showers are high end. The shouts luxury.We were a party of 10 and all of us loved this hotel and are looking forward to returning and recommending it to your family and friends.
