Pros (+) Beautiful hotel in a brilliant central location. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, gave us lots of advice. Rooms and facilities were clean and spacious. Bathroom was gorgeous! My Friend had a 40th birthday whilst we were there and they put sparkling wine in our room. Port and pastries were lovely and breakfast was high quality. Really easy to get to via bus or uber from the airport. Loved ...

Pros (+) Very welcoming staff. Great location. A carafe of nice port available in your room or a selection of port and snacks in the lobby at any time you want. We unfortunately stayed only for one night and wish it were longer. Next time we are in Lisbon, will stay at this great hotel.
Cons (-) The view from the room was into back alley with bins, but I guess not all rooms can have good views.
