Pros (+) The room was comfortable, well furnished, great view. The pool area was relaxing. Enjoyed both walking trails as well. Breakfast was delightful, all the staff were helpful.

Pros (+) Stayed there for two nights of our European trip, to relax between visits to busy cities. Beautiful property and luxurious room. Welcome fruit, wine and pastries were a good surprise.
Cons (-) We liked everything!! However, it’s a remote location, if people are looking for some action and sightseeing.

Pros (+) The herdade was lovely. The outside pool must be a wonder during summer. They had horses, hogs, cows, 3 dogs and many ducks. A lot of green space. The house we slept in was 5-10’ on foot (1’ by car) from the restaurant but the we never minded the trip. We also had a wine taste and we loved it.

Cons (-) As my wife has mobility problems, no anti slip in bath or hold rail to gain access. So didn’t have shower.

Pros (+) Great room. We arrived in December and whilst it wasn't necessary the option to use the fireplace in the room was great. The breakfast is fantastic!

Pros (+) We had a lovely big room with a balcony. As the weather in November was chilly and a bit wet, lighting the fire in our room was absolutely wonderful - so romantic and cosy! We loved the long walks, cycling, pool table, table tennis etc - lots to do at our own pace.
Cons (-) The only slight negative we had with our two night stay was the same menu for lunch and dinner, and the same menu both days. While it was excellent, some variety would have been preferred, particularly if we were to stay longer.
