We loved everything about Henrys Townhouse; the warm welcome, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and perfect location.
The whole stay was brilliant. Great staff and wonderful breakfast. Free mini-bar.
Nothing at all to complain about
Lots of old world charm, which is rarely experienced these days but that hides the fact that it gives the quests all the modern amenities needed today to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing, including air conditioning which in a London basking in 30 degrees of heat was an absolute life saver!!!!!. Cleanliness was superb, the staff were friendly and attentive, and Anne especially couldn’t do enou...
What a brilliant hotel, and a lovely part of town away from Central London. The rooms are gorgeously appointed, with luxurious touches such as 300 count thread sheets and the softest towels I've ever had in any hotel that I've ever visited. The amenities at this hotel include home-cooked breakfast every morning by the amazing chef Larry, a buffet of fruits and yogurt, and all the tea or coffee and...
The only complaint I have about this property has nothing to do with this property. From the district where we were staying, to get anywhere plan on at least a 40 minute to 1 hour Uber or cab ride.Read more
Everything! Esprecially great staff and amazing breakfast.

And, what a special place Henry’s Townhouse is! Anne made our stay truly wonderful. The rooms are so comfy and the house itself is absolutely beautiful. What an amazing little find! Everything in our room was complimentary, we had the most...Read more
Excellent communal breakfast…quiet location
It was a wonderful experience. The attention to detail and the ambience of the building was excellent. Staff were great and Ann in particular was so helpful and professional. Great location. Most heartily recommend staying there.
Nothing. It was great.
Fantastic period furnishings, a/c, wonderful host Ann Grimes, outstanding breakfast
Small bathrooms I was afraid to use (being used to sturdy American size bathrooms) in case something broke, stairs that were extremely steep and narrow - I understand they are historic and charming, but climbing them up several times a day was an adventure
Absolutely loved the staff- so so helpful and friendly - Anne was WONDERFUL! So was Larry the chef, Rafael and also the east European lady whose name I can’t remember sorry! Most delightful breakfast spread and attention to detail My husband really enjoyed the hot breakfast choices I was extremely happy with the yogurts, fresh fruit, pastries! The location was excellent- beautiful and convenient n...
Our bedroom had many flaws- it was Aunt Phillie bedroom all the way on the top- the floor was uneven throughout and the room quite cramped for space. The bathroom was very small and the shower cabin door was stuck half way. No doubt there were charming decorations, but the above factors made it hard to appreciate the bedroomRead more
