Pros (+) We had king size deluxe room and it was quite big with couch and enough room to move around. Big balcony facing swimming pool and palm trees. Bathroom was big with bath tub. Bed king size and comfortable. Clean and we had drip coffee in the room too!!
Cons (-) We had make our room for two days but no one made our room. We rang reception and they rang back to say cleaning staff said we had do not disturb sign which was not true. But cleaning staff came with made our room not long after. They also were not stocking coffee and tea. We had to ring to ask.
