Pros (+) Room was really nice a spacious. Spa and restaurant were fabulous.

Cons (-) SPA was nice but I was quite shocked with hygiene standards. Most of the people are not using towels when going to sauna, they are leaving puddles of sweat on the benches and then jumping to swimming pool without taking shower. Maybe for some this is normal but I find it disgusting.

Pros (+) Beautiful rooms . Spa was outstanding . Close to everything in town but still on the outskirts so it was quieter . Staff was so helpful and friendly .

Cons (-) They did not mentioned to us that they have a sleeper bed that can be used by a kid. Ended up having an extra room we did not need nor use after all.

Pros (+) General ambiance of the hotel, the environment, staff were all friendly, extremely helpful and polite.
Cons (-) Although I was aware I had booked an attic room, I didn't appreciate that the ceiling was so low and so easy to hit your head, or that we would not be able to stand up in the shower.

Pros (+) lovely hotel with very friendly staff- free hot drinks in reception whcih is welcome after a day on the slopes. great bar area with live music some evenings, the spa is also amazing a good place to unwind.

Pros (+) Spa was amazing.
Cons (-) We could never get in the jacuzzi as it was constantly full. The lighting in that area of the spa seemed really dark and not in keeping with the warm feel of the rest of the spa.
