The friendliness of staff was good. The restaurant staff were excellent. The environment was wonderful, inspiring and comfortable. The location was very good.
The front desk staff could have been more interested.
We stay here around every 3 months or so. It's just a great place with superb staff, spotlessly clean. My only downside is we have to leave.

We haven't stayed at The Haymarket for some years. We have always loved this hotel and our recent stay did not disappoint. It is a place of tranquillity in a bustling city. Everything about this hotel is magical. I want to live there forever!!!

Beautiful property and wonderfully designed. Fantastic location. Definitely the best and most well located London hotel I’ve stayed in. Great sized room which was beautifully decorated and super clean. Great swimming pool too. Hotel was peaceful and no noise on a night. Normally I don't bother with reviews but I always review the Haymarket. They deserve the appreciation it's ultra clean, the staff are first class and never intrusive. The showers are the best I've ever experienced and that’s a lot.
Minor point but the bathroom floors are super slippery when wet.
We had an incredible stay and highly recommend this place! The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. Our room was a good size, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the majestic theatre.
