Pros (+) Lovely from the outside, very cosy feeling inside. Lovely staff.
Cons (-) Extremely warm inside - there has been bad weather recently but I am someone who is generally cold and I felt very hot in the hotel. I also feel like it needs an update, very dated looking carpets all the way through the hotel.

Cons (-) Front of house so cold . On checking in . Receptionist, barely raised her head to say hello. Pointed to the lift to explain where the room was. Little communication Only for the lovely girl who showed me to my room , I would have been so disappointed. Turns out room wasn’t ready and we preceded back to reception. This by the way wax at 3pm. Not 5 star
