Pros (+) I overslept so I missed the breakfast. However, the hotel staff were extremely kind and attentive to any needs or requests that I had. The kitchen even prepared me a tomato sauce rigatoni which was off-menu. The hotel's location is incomparable to any other, absolutely the BEST in Rome. 10/10 would recommend, would go again.
Cons (-) I don't know, I was satisfied wifh everything. Maybe bringing 2 x 750 ml water bottles instead of one daily? Idk.

Pros (+) I have already stayed, the staff is always extremely nice and very helpful. I feel welcomed and I definitely will stay here again. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast and food are very good quality.
Cons (-) The only thing i dont like is the carpets they have in the halls of the rooms, they look a bit cheap and old, other than that everything is very nice.
