Really convenient with all amenities and entertainment in place. Even the security were full of smiles and know what they were doing. Did not feel a bit of neglect from the hotel team! Keep it up guys!

The drinking water provided by the restaurant needs to be replaced regularly, especially the lemon and other ingredients in the water are not fresh. I got food poisoning after drinking it.

All is good with the hotel. Location is excellent as one can go straight to the huge mall with various choices of foods and shopping. The breakfast at the hotel is not as spectacular - decent, but not much variety.

Cons (-) Need higher quality of maintenance and cleaning. Also both sheets and towels are not made of cotton, not as comfortable and cheapening the experience

Pro : Location is attached to shopping so very convenient for shopping and eatery. Staffs are very polite and friendly Con : Room has very bad sewer smell, informed the staff and they sprayed some freshener but the smell was still there. Bathroom not clean, there are molds at the corner and also on shower head.
