Cave rooms, good design, comfortable

The property is well located to the castle, and some good local restaurants. The restaurant has an elevated valley outlook. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great.
The walls crumbled a few times over the 3 nights we were there, resulting in stones and dust on the floor, which made the room and our bed feel dirty. If you’re booking group tours, better to stay in Goreme. We spent a significant period of our holiday in car pick up / drop offs as we were often the first picked up and the last dropped off.
The hotel is in a great location, with clean rooms and stunning views of the hot air balloons—either from the terrace or your private balcony. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the hotel is not far from the main town, making it easy and safe to walk around at any time of day. Beautiful location. Right near Uchisar Castle ! The staff is so courteous and warm. Their entire team was always happy to help, extremely polite and efficient team. They went an extra mile to organise our trip.

Hasan and ilker is best staff , he is are help everytime . room was very good and very clean , if u wake up at 06:30 A.M. ilker waiting u on the lobby wıth caffee , you can watch balloon view on the terrace . thank u so much <3
