Pros (+) Clean and comfortable, no casino is a bonus for family friendly amenities. Nice strolls to Macao Fisherman bend/wharf. Accessible thru shuttle opposite to Taipa new casinos areas is convenient. Downside is not very helpful Concierge or Reception is staffs about places to eat or places to go. Pros (+) The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and it’s very convenient closer to the ferry station and the city bus is 2 min away I had some unexpected change in plan but the staff and the hotel specifically Vicky Wei helped us throughout the process I could not meet him when we were at the property but I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay if I visit Macau again Thank y...
