The room was clean and very comfortable had a good restaurant which overlooks the harbour
Very small car park and a charge of 12.50 a day,
This is our second stay at the hotel. We love its’ location being so close to the town but quiet. The views are amazing - I could happily sit in the bar for hours watching the estuary. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. Food is good too. We will return.

Most of the great Hotels we stumble across have one thing in common, the location and more specifically, the view and this one has both. Overlooking Fowey nestled on the hillside, it looks newly refurbished yet still has charm like its shiny old lift to haul your luggage with its rickety old doors. Excellent views from our room with fine sights of the sea and cliffs. Very good selection of items provided for continental breakfast and a comprehensive cooked breakfast menu available.. Reserved car parking essential for this location. Very good room service.
Discretionary service charge on restaurant bill but no mention of the procedure on the menu.

The room was quiet and spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable. The food quality at the restaurant was excellent. We dined here twice and it was as good as any restaurant we had ever been all over the world on our travels. The staff team run a tight ship and are all exceptional. Limited parking at the hotel but there is a large long stay car park at the top of the town which was five minutes walk for us.Read more
We loved the Superior room with sea view and the food was excellent. Everything was spotless clean. We enjoyed using the antique lift. Location was 10 out of 10
Service charges for residents who chose to dine at the hotel
The staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, cleanliness was very good,
Unfortunately and not associated to the hotel but the building work below was disturbing, the noise of the scaffolding team was a little too much when we came to relax and have some piece and quiet. Not what we wanted to hear early in the morning and especially when trying to enjoy breakfast and drinks on the lovely terrace.
