Great location and friendly staff. Expected a harbour view room, but faced the back of the hotel.
Construction around the pool made it unusable. It felt like the hotel was getting ready for the busy season. The price was high for the shoulder season.
Location - great views and quiet - nice place to relax. Staff were great - especially Madison at reception.
Super friendly and polite! In restaurant “Bettini”food was fantastic!! But bartender Hunter who we hang out after dinner… was unbelievably friendly, professional, believe me he is the Hotel’s gem… you are lucky to have such an employee!! Thanks Hunter for your kindness!!!

The hotel it self was stunning, quintessential coastal vibes. The staff were very attentive.
Not necessarily a negative but I travelled during the off season so some of the hotel facilities/dinning were limited to a certain day/days. Again not a negative in my book, just meant to be informative to travelers.

It’s a wonderful place in a beautiful setting. Grand and very Martha’s Vineyard.
The restaurant was closed but I knew that before I went and they were very accommodating about alternative food sources. And I had a kitchenette, so it was fine.
Very high end hotel, had everything you could want.
