Good sized town house - we did not even use one complete floor. Good Facilites including a washer and dryer plus all dishes etc. Even an iron and ironing board. 3 TVs in total! Staff were very helpful and nice
It is a good walk into town, although there is a short cut through the woods which is not practical at night. You really need a car although the Acadia Park bus does have a stop on the main road it seems pretty infrequent.
We loved the location. It was more remote then staying in Bar Harbor but with much smaller crowds. The drive to Bar Harbor for food was not very long and the accessibility to Acadia was outstanding. There were deer and turkeys in the back yard while I sipped my coffee from the comfort of my private deck. Vacation doesn't get much better then that!
The checkout time was earlier than most would expect (9:00 am). There were also some chores that needed to be accomplished before we left (stripping the beds for the laundry, dishes, recycles and trash, etc.) so we had to get a pretty early start in order to meet the early checkout deadline.
Staff very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Suite was just the right size for a small family.
Beds were quite old, rickety, and uncomfortable. Charging a dollar per game (in quarters with no change machine!) to use the games in the games room is crazy!

The views were stunning! Our unit was very private and quiet. The staff was exceptional!
Everything was amazing! We had a little trouble with slow Wi-Fi but I don’t think there is anything you can do about that in the mountains! And since we were on a family vacation, it was good to take a break from electronics!

Gutter damage causes VERY LOUD NOISE when it rains - impossible to sleep. Problem has been known about a long time but not fixed!
Great location. Kids loved the pool and game room. wife and I loved sitting on the deck watching the night sky.

Great location and well maintained property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially liked that we could order live lobster and blueberry pie and have it delivered the next day. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. We frequently saw deer and wild turkeys on the back lawn.
There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.
Loved our unit, spaciousness. Staff very helpful/friendly. Enjoyed to fire pit/S’mores. Pretty views/property. Loved games/sports equipment available for use. Did not partake, but lobster/blueberry pie orders was a nice touch:)
Pool/hot tub could use upgrading. Hot w/o AC on top floor. Some areas of condos could use paint, spruce up.
