Pros (+) Location. Convenient. Size of room was big. Breakfast catering. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use the washing machine.
Cons (-) Hate the shower, always too hot or too cold. Dislike the mattress too soft. Sofa very old but we had a cloth to cover it. Smokers at the balcony. Expensive. Everything you see in the room you have to pay for it - robe, drinks, hob, so we didn’t use any of these.

Pros (+) The property is coming in its years but overall, still a very good hotel. Staff very warm welcoming and very friendly.
Cons (-) The rooms could need some fresh up and the bathroom amenities are poor. However, everything is very clean, and they try to maintain all well.

Pros (+) Excellent location, just outside the CBD. Close to transport links and walking distance from central one world mall (I hope i got that right). All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Always on hand to help. Breakfast was varied and very fulling and an amazing view.
