Pros (+) The room was really spacious for two people, it was also well kept and the cleaners do a good job of cleaning it almost everyday. The location was really good too, with most things being a walking distance. The staff were also nice and friendly.
Cons (-) There's two hanging pendant lights on top of the bed which makes it difficult to sleep. The elevator kept breaking during our first two days, we had to go up and down nine flights of stairs for a few times.

Pros (+) Great location our room 901 was on the top floor and from our balcony we had great city views as well as a view of the lake. I don’t know why they don’t provide face cloths. Breakfast was very ordinary. Staff we helpful

Pros (+) The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they really made our hotel feel like a home. The breakfast as well was fantastic and we looked forward to it every day!
Cons (-) Our room didn't get any sunlight which was unfortunate and a little jarring at first, but it was easy to get over and we didn't spend a lot of the daylight hours in the room.

The property boasts a fantastic location, ideal for exploring the old quarter area on foot. Not an ideal location for booking Grab. Very busy and tons of traffic. Room sizes were small. Only 1 elevator in the building. 2 free bottles of water per day. Buffet breakfast did not meet standards due to cleanliness and food handling (hair in food, dirty cutlery, etc).
