The staff were very accommodating with our late check-in at 1am.
As in all places we stayed in Vietnam, there was some mold in the bathroom. The room had no view.
It’s very nearby to almost all the landmarks and famous restaurants/cafes, you can either take a walk or book a Grab ($3-7)!
Clean , silent property. Friendly staff. Near to party place and eateries.
Good to have food options.
The staff were nice and welcoming and the room had a great view. There are several hotels with similar names near each other Google maps took us the wrong hotel. Just to warn incase it happen to anyone else. They were very quick to help call us a taxi to get the the right one which was nearby.
We got locked in our room on the last day, it was a door malfunction. The staff were quick to help even at 5 45am as we tried to leave to get a coach to Sapa luckily we got out after 30mins our coach was delayed so we still managed to get it. It was a huge fire risk but one I'm sure they have fixed now.
We had a comfortable stay in the hotel which is in a great location The staff was super friendly.
The place looks different from the photos on booking.com. it's much smaller than what photos suggest. Having said that, the room and hotel is comfortable. We had no issues or concerns and we were out most of the day exploring Hanoi.
The location is brilliant! Very close to the old part of the city, which has more to offer for us in terms of culture and food. The staff was very helpful in every way too and their hospitality went a long way in creating customer value.
The gym is in the sister hotel, which wasn't explicitly mentioned. And having only one access card per room was difficult for us as a couple to manage like who keeps the card etc. the breakfast quality was also average.

the fact that on booking this is not specified when you book a hotel with all the features gym, spa, etc in the same place that in the end each place is in a different hotel apartment also at the brand but they are not at all on site and you have to go out for that... so not very practical when you let order a hotel with all the necessary equipment in the same hotelRead more
