The ambience- the grounds were amazing and a good location
The restaurant was disorganised and the food of average quality - had to cancel one order because it didn’t turn up, one meal returned due to very poor quality.
We liked a lot the position of the place, so surrounded by the wild nature and with a beautiful landscape viewable from the windows
The restaurant doesn’t have a great food selection from our point of view, especially for the breakfast.
The place was beautiful in the setting was spectacular.
Everything was perfect and the only problem was that when we rented a bicycle it had a bent handle bar. When we told the reception about it they did not ask to which bike it was so they could fix it.
A must stay in Ninh Binh, pictures really don’t do it justice, right on the grounds of the Mua caves, mountain and lotus lake!

The fact it is located in the tourist park, so around room all the time a lot of people passing by

Fan above the shower with open wires is maybe not the most safe choice.

It was an amazing experience! The view is breathtaking ! Great location. The hotel helps you to book tours. The bus leaves to Hanoi right in front of the hotel. The restaurant is cool, few veggie options. I highly recommend and would come back here again.
Location was incredible. We had a family room with view of the mountains and what an amazing view it was over the lotus fields and the limestone mountains. Staff were really friendly in the hotel and in the restaurant. They have bikes to rent and a place nearby with scooters to rent. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or an easy 10 minute drive to tam coc or Trang an
The shower was just a bathtub with a shower head attached to the tap so showering whilst sitting in the bath and holding the shower head was a bit strange! We also had a few ants and mosquitoes in our room but keeping windows and doors shut with a mosquito plugin repellent meant we easily controlled that after the first night and didn’t see any on the second day.
Reception staff, restaurant staff and hotel were amazing. View and atmosphere amazing.
Got a massage at the spa and was not great. Very rough and girl was on her phone and chatting with her friend kids screaming just outside door and complained about the tip even though I tipped half the massage price.
