Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly, there were chips and crumbs on the bedside tables. The room itself isn’t anything special, it’s very dark in there, the bed is quite small and the drains in the bathroom smell.Read more
Perfect location to access many trails in Nuuksio National Park within minutes. Very quiet at night and surrounded by nature! The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing with a lot of options, and you can hang out for a drink at night.
Lovely hotel with a very warm welcome from all the staff. Nice and cozy rooms, good meals. The only comment I would mak is that it would be fabulous if the hotel was right on a lake and not a certain distance from it.

This hotel was in a fantastic location for exploring Nuuksio National Park. We had a great few days hiking there and found Haltia Lodge to be a perfect base. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable with a lovely little balcony. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the evening meals were delicious. We hope to be able to come back to this hotel agai...
The staff were very warm and friendly. The view during winter was amazing! Would probably like to see autumn next.

Environment: By staying overnight here, you can take an early hike in stunning nature. The room has fast-reacting heating if you happen to feel a bit cold after hiking. The beds are very comfortable. High-quality ingredients are used for breakfast, like berries, fresh bread, and cold smoked salmon.
You need to reserve time for breakfast. Luckily not too many rooms and guests.

The hotel felt like a safe and friendly space. Clean, modern, sleek. It had the feel of a hostel with the perks of staying in a more upmarket hotel. Trails from the door and a bus stop right outside are a huge plus and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We knew in advance the room was rather compact so were not surprised. However it would be improved if a small cupboard or set of shelves could be installed for more storage.
