I love the lavender hotel. This was my second time there. Brought my daughter for her 30th birthday, and my son joined us. Beautuful hotel, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and lovely people. The pool and view of the sea are stunning. Bed and room were beautuful. Was lovely to be able to have a bath. Thank you will definitely be going again.

Location and rooms.
The room is reasonably spacious and the bathroom is modern. The original bottles of shampoo and body wash are supplied.
No coffee or tea sachets are supplied. The drain in the shower should be cleaned by unscrewing the drain cover and removing any hair before guests check in. The water rose over my feet as I was taking a shower.
It's a nice hotel in a new development of many others. Pleasant room with a balcony and great shower in the modern bathroom. Very good wifi signal.
It definitely feels like 'out of season' with the reception area doubling up as storage and loud, daytime construction noise, which will, apparently, result in a rooftop pool by the new year. Nevertheless, these are temporary issues and the whole town is out of season at the moment.
Very friendly staff, very clean and helpful in arranging tours and transportation.

There are renovations going on, banging and drilling from 6AM. There is no pool and no restaurant(they are in pieces) The staff lied and misdirected constantly
The staff is really helpful. They organized for me the Halong Bay cruise and the van to go back to Ninh Binh. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very quiet neigbourhood with a convenience store just next to the hotel. This hotel definitely excedes my expectations and I would definitely come back again!
The only thing that is not perfect is that it’s a bit far from the restaurants zone. Anyway the hotel provides free bikes to move around and I could reach it in 5 minutes.
