Cleanliness,size of property.
So many children and families in pool and hot tub at "all" times..even untill closing at 11 pm..As a senior i would have liked a quiet time for an hour or two...never had an opportunity to enjoy the pool or hot tub unfortunately.
Staff were amazing- Princess, at check-in and out- was fantastic, rooms well appointed, nice toiletries in shower, nicely laid out buffet breakfast, exceptionally clean rooms and main areas.
Breakfast was very salty but with plenty of options, it wasn't an issue for us.

Would have been better if theres more amenities like game room for kids and flloorings are all carpeted for a more luxurious Hotel ambiance.Kids said its feels like its more of condo building not so kids friendly.

We stayed 2 nights and were only there for shopping in Halifax. Everything was excellent!
