The hotel was beautiful, the staff were welcoming and always said hi even if you were just walking by the front desk. It was our 10-year wedding anniversary, and they had a bottle of prosecco to congratulate us 💓 you got free robes, flip flops (they call them slippers), and free refillable water bottles. Everything was perfect :) helpful staff, and activities everyday! They have wine tasting and ice cream afternoons, which is impressive. They provide actual slippers and water bottles with a refill station, as well as beach bags, beach towels, even chairs and umbrellas. Only one water station. There are 2 exits, the bell door is on the opposite side of the beach entrance, so if you need anything for the beach, you need to go all the way around to get the things you need at the bell door near the mall entrance and go back to the beach entrance. Perfect location. 2 minute walk to the beach and all the dining and shopping spots. Superior treatment from all the hotel staff. Spacious room, comfortable beds, beautiful view. Infinity pool looking directly at the ocean and a tranquil garden and relaxation terrace. Special perks offered daily.
