Great private onsen and close to gora station
I’d prefer additional western breakfast options
everything was thought on the minimum details, including taking my luggae to my room while I waitied and went for a walk. The staff is absolutely the best ever. The food is fabulous and the accomodation is perfect. the second comunnal floor is so comfortabel! the private and public onsens are a must!!!!!
Just a suggestion my room was 301 , west wing. small one and there is a need for a mirror above the sink please. and because the sink is extremelly thin and small , a lot of water spills on the floor, so a small floor rug is recommended under the sink to avoid damaging the floor, which is not a tiled floor.
Really fun - lots of free drinks and snacks Nice onsen Lovely staff
No mirror outside the bathroom meant- so family of 5 always waiting for the bathroom They only gave us one key to the condominium building where our room was located - so we had to all go together to go out or go to the main building for food etc, or get locked out of the building (which happened a few times) To let someone into the building we had to go from the 3rd floor to the first floor and o...Read more
Half-board service was very good with high quality and wide variety dishes and drinks. Good SPA with mineral baths
Organization of building a little bit complicated and sometimes not easy to find the right way
Loved the location right near Gora station. The condominium room had beautiful outlook to the trees and train. Loved the hot spring bath with a view in the room. The room itself was spacious. The facilities were nice but it rained much of our stay so couldn’t enjoy them to the maximum. The onsen was lovely and the free ice blocks.
If I had to stay something it would just be the separation of the buildings. We were in the condominium, the onsen and kids area was in another and the restaurant and library was in the other.
We enjoyed the snacks, library and private onsens.
They could not call the taxi for us.
Hakone Yutowa is a beautiful hotel! We were only here for one night but wished we were staying longer! The rooms were traditional Japanese rooms. They had private onsens at no extra cost, which were amazing! They Buffett dinner and breakfast was really good as well. We didn’t want to leave
Nothing!
So beautiful and peaceful. Beautiful Onsen’s, massage chairs, library, all so relaxing.
I didn’t like that when we got massages we could hear people talking and children screaming (the walls don’t go all the way to the ceiling) but they have amazing massages there!
Onsen in the condominium. Snacks / drinks available all day.
Layout / design of the hotel is quite old. No way to book private onsen rooms. Massage rooms on the main walkway so quite noisy (hard to relax) as hotel is very munch a family hotel. Condominium in a separate building for which you have to walk outside to access (not great when raining).
Wonderful service, tea and bar time ,nice
