We booked rooms and organised a conference room for an event. Only one left and slso got stuck inside the lift 3 times 😞 conference room AV equipment is a disaster and embarrassment. Construction noises... 1 on 10 for this hotel.

The exceptional care from the staffs and hospitality is second to none I have experienced lately. The pure attention and luxury is good. The brand is exceptional.
The hot water in the shower takes forever.
Facilities, staff, room, buffet breakfast all fantastic. Only worried about the large opening windows with just a low metal gate to prevent fallout on the high levels.
It was a stunning entrance lobby and our room was really luxurious
There was construction work right outside our window which was noisy.

In general the operation needs attention to detail. Staff are friendly but have no sense of urgency. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
