Room was great! Balcony overlooked river and dragon bridge. Checking staff was lovely and helpful. Location was fab - but knew the area already so expected that.
Pool was not really inviting at all so didn't use. Some language issues in ordering food at the rooftop bar.
This was our first stay at Haian Riverfront. We could not praise the staff enough. From the first point of communication before arriving, Ms Tuong Vi was superb. She made contact with me before I arrived, to ensure a swift transportation from the airport to the hotel. Great location - close to market and restaurants. Room was good.
Traffic noise - expected since the hotel is on a main road - they provided ear plugs if needed.
Beautiful hotel in a great location in Da Nang. We really enjoyed our stay - the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet had a great variety and the facilities were great. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the view of the construction site next door from our room.
The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the view from our room of the construction site next door, and the blinds were not able to make the room dark enough. Minor inconveniences.
Comfy room in a nice central location. It's exactly what we wanted at a good price. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is varied and decent. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel and if I come back to Da Nang, I'd strongly consider again.

Lovley staff, easy check in Close to shops, market, and a short walk to Dragon bridge. We got a grab to the beach area over the bridge most times as more options for dining out.
As we were in a busy area, local traffic was quite noisy, wasn't really excited with breakfast buffet options but that was to my taste.

It is located in central with many restaurants, bank and desert place within the block. Across the street is a nice water walkway and park. Beautiful view of dragon bridge a few hundred meters away. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Services is topnotch, too. This is my first time staying here but I will stay here again next time.
I stay on the 6th floor, but the noise on the street is still loud. They need to replace windows with noise proofs. Maybe higher floors could be better.
