Property itself was great. Beautiful sea view. Great quiet location on the east side of the island.
They should include more casual dining options. All the restaurants seemed to be overpriced and more than half empty
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, which we appreciated. However, a major downside was the strict and unexpected pool rules, which were not mentioned at the time of booking. The staff who make coffee throughout the breakfast, and the staff who make egg dishes, and the staff who clean up the empty plates. They have no smiles because of the hardship, and the middle managers only have arrogant expressions. The lobby was full of cars, art, and restaurants. But the guest rooms without even a single picture frame looked like a training center.
The hotel was located infront of a beach side where the sunrises. View was amazing. The facility had an infinity pool which was fun to use. The cafe downstairs had amazing food as well, their hotel breakfast was soo good.

Lovely property which was refurbished last year. We loved our huge junior suite in the resort building :). Breakfast is a choice of continental or 1 of 3 korean sets (beef bone soup, abalone porridge or kimchi stew). The hotel was perfect! We stayed in the ocean-view room and the view was breathtaking. In-room dining quality was also good. All facilities (restaurants, bakery, stores)are very good and have high quality.
We booked for 3 people stay - the hotel confirmed that 3people stay doesn’t require any extra charge. However through 3 night stay, we had to call the front desk or run down to concierge to get one more set-up: slippers, towels, coffee/tea.
