Pros (+) Beautiful property. Very colonial Mexican and tastefully decorated. Well maintained
Cons (-) Requested room to be close to friends. While the room we received was somewhat close it was right at the front of the resort and right by reception and where guests entered and exited the resort so at times it was noisy. We were offered a different room when we expressed concern with the first but it was a distance away and had no views.

Pros (+) The hacienda was beautiful. Great location to the center of town. The staff were attentive and very friendly. During our stay we met the owner, Jim and he was extremely welcoming and made sure we felt at home.

Pros (+) The hotel is gorgeous, very clean, and nice, the staff was fantastic, very polite, and ready to help make our stay more pleasant. It was a delight to walk thru the hotel and chill around. I'd love to visit this place again!
