The property was very photogenic and generally accessible for my mother-in-law, who has mobility needs. The entire hotel was impeccably maintained.
We had the whole place to ourselves, the staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly. It is just a paradise.

Requested room to be close to friends. While the room we received was somewhat close it was right at the front of the resort and right by reception and where guests entered and exited the resort so at times it was noisy. We were offered a different room when we expressed concern with the first but it was a distance away and had no views.
The hacienda was beautiful. Great location to the center of town. The staff were attentive and very friendly. During our stay we met the owner, Jim and he was extremely welcoming and made sure we felt at home.
We loved our stay at this breathtaking Spanish Colonial resort and spa. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing.
The hotel is gorgeous, very clean, and nice, the staff was fantastic, very polite, and ready to help make our stay more pleasant. It was a delight to walk thru the hotel and chill around. I'd love to visit this place again!
The entire property was dreamy. Like walking into a storybook and never wanting to leave. The room we had was very spacious with a lovely atrium area. One of my favorite parts was the water machine in our room. Hands down a game changer for a hotel, especially in Mexico. You could get purified cold and hot water from it! Breakfast was okay, honestly a little small for the price we paid for the room, they should have given us an option for fruit, bread/pastry, and yogurt. Having to pick just 1 was a little ridiculous. Coffee and Juice should both be given as well. Another option would be nice to preselect breakfast in the evening before and have it delivered to the room at a specified time in the morning. Staff and service were incredible. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Massage was the best I’ve ever had!!
