Pros (+) The hotel is located on an unassuming street in old town PV. When you first arrive you have to pull the mission bell to gain entrance to the courtyard of this old style beautiful Mexican hacienda. Pros (+) I have stayed at both Casa Kimberly and Hacienda San Angel at times before. This may have been more user error and booking through here instead of directly but our accommodation seemed to be an afterthought for the hotel. Pros (+) OMG our stay there was fantastic. Completely exceeded our expectations. The property is so beautiful, filled with stunning art and antiques, fountains and pools. So many lovely spaces to relax and enjoy. And the staff was equally incredible. They could not do enough for their guests. Warm and friendly and always on hand to provide excellent service.
Cons (-) Absolutely nothing we did not like. It was perfect.
