Fantastic Hotel a little Outside of Quito with a great View! Fantastic staff and food.
10/10 Experience. Tbh better use the hotel driver cuz the location is a bit hard to reach. All other things were perfect. The breakfast was decent and all the service was prompt and nice.
I came here with my girlfriend to propose. The hotel staff went out of there to help me plan and get anything I needed. They were all so nice and one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ecuador!
Exceptional service, rooms were warm and cosy, fantastic design. Amazing experience of staying close to nature but yet being away from the city. Lamas are a nice addition. Better to book transportation from the hotel cause some Uber drivers refuse to go up the hill and don't know the way.
I loved the ambiance, the beauty, the calmness around; this place is closer to city, yet, away from the all the noise and rush of the city; if you are looking for a place to rest and relax, look no further; and to top, there are I llama’s and chickens around. Staffs went above and below to meet my needs. It was a beautiful experience for me staying two nights at this place.
The lady reception at the reception went out of her way to help us out when the car rental agency cancelled our confirmed reservation

Has two stories; a wood fireplace (that they offered to light for us every night), two dozen long stemmed roses greet you upon entering; the s...
Would have liked a mini-bar or at least a fridge in the room. They were out of two of the three specials on the menu for the four days we spent there. Minor things - everything was great!Read more

We were exhausted from our Galapagos Cruise. The staff brought room service to our sitting room where we dined in front of a lovely "Franklin stove" type fire. The decor was historic Andean with many antiques and lovely paintings. The view of Quito was spectacular. My niece loves llamas. The staff brought the llamas up to feed just outside our door. Lots of photos! Great, NOT "cookie cutter" lodgi...Read more
