The property is phenomenal. Every detail has been thought of, from design, location, views, staff, everything.
Only thing I didn’t like was when we went to the restaurant the tip was not included in the price of the meal, so we added a tip. When the receipt for signature was brought back an additional tip was added. Of 35%! It made us feel like we really needed to watch the bills at the hotel. Throughout our whole stay we were offered to pay in Mexican peso or USD. We chose MXN because our Australian dollar was better this way. On checking out it was compulsory to pay in USD and the concierge said there was no way to change it. Why have a menu and bills throughout the hotel in peso when you have no intention of honouring it? So we got stung with a much higher bill.
Location, views & privacy
Exceptional in Every Way !! The property was wonderful, the staff was very caring and Professional with such a Beautiful property with tremendous views , pools , beach and amenities how could anything be but Exceptional !! Our Family will be a Lifelong Customer with many more years of memories to come. Kudos to the Entire Hacienda Staff.
Everything was wonderful
It was gated with a 24/7 guard! It was very close to the marina! It was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were friendly and welcoming!
Restaurant was a little pricey but other than that it was perfect!
Travelled from the UK so a fair way but worth every minute (well 2 weeks). The hotel has a relaxed feeling with very clean and stylish Mexican decor, accommodation is excellent, the location couldn’t be better. Gym pretty hot, there was some aircon but not enough for a gym especially when busy, which is a shame as the equipment is ok. I suppose it would be nice if there was more entertainment at night, something local like a singer etc but we wanted to explore so went out most nights anyway.Read more
The apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious with a perfect view on the rocks of Cabo. The gardens were meticulously maintained and the staff was very attentive and polite

Location great. Great service by the concierge staff in running everyone around in the golf carts. Wonderful service by cleaning staff as well.
Prices of food and beverages were way over the top. Also on one occasion we ordered a burger for lunch by the pool. The burger ordered was medium rare but the burger received was barely cooked - the centre was still cold. We told the waiter and were offered a free cocktail which we did not want.
